Today I wanted to talk about the miraculous effects of Tea Tree Water. This I purchased from Lush for $10.98 a little while back and I'm almost done with it. Tea tree oil is a great product that is known to sooth the skin and is generally used as almost an antiseptic for certain skin conditions. It's a no brainer that tea tree oil is good for acne prone or allergy prone skin. Lush's Tea Tree Water is a watered down version of tea tree oil where it takes the essence from tea tree and mixes it with grapefruit and juniper berry waters.
For the most part, I really like this product. It's a great product on the skin especially for those of you with acne prone skin or redness. This tea tree water really does a great job of calming the skin in the short run.
However, while this is technically a "toner", I don't really feel like this is enough of a toner after cleansing my face. I love using this product and then applying another more moisturizing toner so my face doesn't feel stripped. So while this doesn't have the same effects as does a regular toner, it's a great product to use if you have inflamed or sensitive skin!
